AJs Fish & Chips

AMAZING! The Best Fish n Chips I’ve had in Australia and some of the best full stop. The snapper was amazing, really fresh, not greasy at all and well battered. Highly recommend if you’re in the area (Ps this is coming from a Brit as well!) 😄

Their food is delicious but I had a issue last night for the first time I went in with my friend she said what she wanted then I said what I wanted then we added drinks to it the cashier had repeated our order and then we paid we got home to realise they forgot my order I called and asked and it turns out they forgot to put my order on even though she repeated all of it before hand ( I hadn't even paid for my order ) she then tried to say either I was to quite when I said my order or she made a mistake ( not true as she reapted the order to us ) All I got was a sorry that seemed no sincere not a resolution of we can make it comes pick it up and we will give you a discount for the stuff around or throw in a freebie for the trouble , so I had to sit and watch my friend eat her order lucky she shared dimSim and some chips but it wasn't enough to be a meal so I needed up taking my money else where and got dinner somewhere else

Much improved quality of fish and chips since I first tried on there newly taken over bussiness. Great effort in getting the standard to where it was before. Will continue to support your business being a passionate Kiwi 🥝

Ordered online a meal deal of snapper and chips and a chiko roll. Came in a styrofoam type container that was stapled close. We went to watch sunset with friends. Opened container, and there were no chips. We didn't go back as we would have missed the sunset. Luckily, friends with us shared their chips. The fish was beautiful, so just disappointed we didn't get chips. I have emailed to let them know, but no reply as of yet.
